Publishing your research can be a challenge. Think of determining your audience, choosing a publisher, and dealing with reviewers and editors. In this seminar, a publisher and two researchers will share their experience and insights. Michel ter Hark, dean of the faculty of Humanities, will lead the seminar.

Tips for writing and publishing a high quality manuscript
The speakers will share tips and tricks for writing and publishing a high quality manuscript. They will focus specifically on the publishing process in the social sciences and the humanities.

For PhD candidates and junior researchers
This seminar program is designed with PhD candidates and other junior researchers in mind. Of course, other faculty members and university staff are welcome to attend. Presentations  and discussions are in English. Attendance is free for VU students and staff, but we do ask you to register.
