Open access & impact
The theme of the Open Access Week October 2013 was "Redefining Impact".
The higher education institutions in Amsterdam (UvA, VU and HvA) presented on 29 October a lunch lecture: Telling your research story with metrics by Paul Groth. The lecture was about Altmetrics and what this means for the research impact of researchers. See the lecture on his blog Think Links (duration: 01:10:15'').
